The Hullabahoos will be taking advantage of a few days off from classes by touring colleges in the Northeast from October 10th-14th. The two new Hullabahoos albums, Varsity Sing Team and A Hullabahoos Christmas: Better Than Coal have both been nominated for 2008 CARA awards by the Contemporary A Cappella Society. VST was nominated for Best Male Collegiate album, while BTC was nominated for Best Holiday Album with "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" nominated for Best Holiday Song. Hullabahoos Featured in a New Book 1/25/08
As the group reaches its 20th Birthday, it's time to look back at the recent success of the Hullabahoos. During 2006 and 2007, author Mickey Rapkin followed the B'hoos on several trips, at high profile gigs, and around town here in Charlottesville to get an inside look at the Hullabahoos. 2007 President June 14, 2007
On June 13th, the Hullabahoos performed for a crowd of over 5000 at the 2007 President's Dinner. The event was held in the Washington D.C. Convention Center. After opening the evening's program with an invocation arranged by Peter Seibert, the group joined multi-platinum country star Jo Dee Messina in singing the National Anthem. Immediately following President Bush's remarks, the Hullabahoos performed as the featured entertainment during dinner.For photos of the event, click here.

Washington and Lee A Cappella Festival 3/22/2007
The Hullabahoos will be traveling to Washington and Lee University on Saturday, March 24th to perform as guests of General Admission. JMU Exit 245 and the Penn State Pennharmonics will also be performing. The concert starts at 7, so if you'll be in the area come check us out.
Hullabahoos Going to DC/Northern Virginia March 2007
The Hullabahoos will be in the DC area from March 5-7th performing at various events, highlighted by the "A Possible Dream Gala" on March 6th at the Reagan International Trade Center Building. The Hullabahoos will be performing at Osbourne Park High School at 1:30 pm on the 5th. On the 7th, we will be performing at Chantilly High School at 9:15 am and then later in the evening at the Spaghetti Dinner Choral Concert (starts at 7:15). Come check us out if you're in the area.

Hullabahoos Visit The Pacific NW 9/23/06
The Hullabahoos took their show on the road from September 20-22, singing for the Jefferson Scholars Foundation in Portland, Oregon. Their visit included performances in the Portland University Club, Portland Town Club, Nike World Campus, and Jesuit High School. Thanks to everyone who made the trip possible and a success!

The Hullabahoos are scheduled to perform for a crowd of 6,000 at The President's Dinner in the Washington, D.C. Convention Center on Wednesday, June 13th. The President's Dinner is a fundraiser event in which the Senate, House of Representatives, and President come together for an evening of entertainment. Also performing will be Trace Adkins and Jo Dee Messina.

Recent Recognition Fall, 2005
The Hullabahoos have been honored by two annual national compilation albums, Best of College A Cappella and Voices Only. Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy, to be released by the Hullabahoos on our next album this Spring, can be heard on BOCA 2006. This is the fifth appearance of the Hullabahoos on BOCA. Voices Only, also, will include Cry Me a River from the most recent Hullabahoos Album Jacked. This is the first Voices Only CD to be released.
