Join Grad Council!

All grad students are invited to join Grad Council - you don't have to be elected to contribute! Grad Council is a great way to meet interesting people outside your department and can provide a nice change-of-pace to research. Want more info? Contact George Privon.

Outdoors at UVa

Want to get outside and meet others who enjoy the outdoors? Some common Outdoors@UVa trips are hiking, backpacking, climbing, skiing, mountain biking and kayaking trips (we do plenty of other activities too). Trips range from introductory to advanced, and we even have gear that members can borrow! Since Outdoors@UVa is member-lead, you can lead your own trips. For more information, visit www.outdoorsatuva.org or email the officers at outdoors-officers@virginia.edu.
