9:00-3:30

Presentations ongoing. Academic community, media, and general public are welcome to attend.

3:30-4:00	Amalgam Journal launch event and graduate student mixer. Editors from MERIDIAN available with published works from the Creative Writing Department.
4:00-4:30	Awards to be presented in the main ballroom by Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies, Dr. Peter Brunjes. Excellence in Art Award will be given out by the Associate Dean for Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, Dr. Karen Ryan. Attendance by all participants is encouraged. Coffee, tea and cookies will be available.

Presentation of Posters

8:00-9:00	Registration and poster setup
9:00-4:30	Exhibition open for viewing by academic community, media, and general public
4:00-4:30	Awards presentation. See above.
4:30-5:00	All posters must be taken down. Any posters still on display after this time will be discarded unless prior arrangements have been made between the exhibitor and the organizers. Posters should not be taken down prior to the end of the awards ceremony.
