SCA @ UVa

Ok, so here is the site up and working, but it needs several things:

A graphic header that reflects the theme of the site. Or even better, a whole new theme perhaps adapted from the ones available at this link.

The site is FREAKING SLOW. This is the fault of the student.virginia.edu mySQL server.

Menus need to be configured so they don't say things like "edit primary links."

Some content would be nice.

But the hard work of setting this up is done. Once we have it working the way we want, we can move it wholesale to the main /~isenfir directory to take over the whole thing.
