Once the UJC believes you to be in violation of your sanction you will be sent an official notification via e-mail and, if necessary, certified mail. If you do not reply to this notification within 14 days you will be suspended from the University. You do not have to complete your overdue sanctions in the 14 days to avoid suspension, but you do have to respond to the Vice-Chair for Sanctions and explain the reason why you have not completed your sanction in a timely fashion.
