The Charlottesville Ten Miler is Charlottesville's oldest foot race! This year's primary beneficiary is PACEM.
PACEM is an interfaith collaboration of congregations and community partners in Charlottesville, which helps the homeless find shelter at night, especially during the cold winter months.
In the past 5 years, the Charlottesville Ten Miler has raised over $100,000 for non-profit organizations in and around Charlottesville. Last year over 2,200 runners crossed the finish line!
For those who are not running, there are many ways to get involved and help with the race. Individuals and groups are needed to staff the ten miles of race course and assist with traffic direction and runner safety as well as cheer the runners on!
Volunteering:
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Charlottesville 10-miler. Online registration is now closed.
However there still are some opportunities to volunteer on race day. If interested please email ben@madisonhouse.org with your name, number of volunteers, and whether you have transportation. Volunteer assignments will be given as available.
