We're switching to a new URL! The site will now be under www.uvaswing.com - a name we feel is easier to tell people and describes the club better. Be sure to update your bookmarks and links! Apologies from the webmaster/historian - illness and loads of work prevented the updating of the site for a few weeks there. Pictures are up. Backordered lesson reviews are forthcoming. --Maggie Thanks to those who came out for our Marvelous Night for a Moondance last Friday! We had a blast and the band was fantastic. That's it for our dances this semester, but keep an ear out for traveling opportunities and be ready to mark your calendars when we settle on dates for next semester! Check out the Routines page for more information on our routines this semester. If you have any questions or would like to join, e-mail Stevo. Practices will begin Sunday, September 20. It's that time of year again - Dues! $15/semester or $25/year if you know you want to stick around. That gets you in to two hours of lessons and one hour of dancing every week, as well as discounts on our big dances. It's really a steal for the amount of fun you'll have! See Lindsey Hellmuth at the door to pay. Pay with cash or a check made out to "Swing Club @ UVA" Check out the About page for general club information.
