REGIONALS REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS PAST! SORRY.

Regionals costs will be $15/person without a shirt, and $30/person with a shirt (plus $2 for XXL and $3 for XXXL shirts). This pays for breakfast Saturday and Sunday, our event setup costs, a superb catered lunch from a local Charlottesville staple, some supply costs, and the shirt if so chosen. There are also options for group sales or t-shirt only sales if you can't attend.

We have a block of 35 rooms at the Charlottesville Econo Lodge, at a rate of $49.99 per night. The room breakdown is 27 two-bed, 8 single-bed (queen). To reserve a room at our group rate, call 1-800-582-1367 BEFORE January 28th. You'll speak with a Claudia Davenport, and she'll help you out to reserve a room with the "Theta Tau Engineering" group. While the Econo Lodge block is 35 rooms, they have a total of 62 rooms at the hotel and at last check had a total of 59 (including our block) available. I think most, if not all, should be able to make a reservation there, but to get in on the group rate be sure to call the 1-800-582-1367 number listed above.

If you don't get in by the deadline or would like alternate accommodations, we recommend the Budget Inn that is right down the street at similar prices. They should have somewhere around 30 rooms available for that weekend. At a slightly higher price is the Cavalier Inn across the street from the Budget Inn. It's a pretty popular place, so prices/quality will be higher, but it also will probably fill up more quickly. See the map below and the phone numbers section if you'd like to reserve at either Budget Inn or Cavalier Inn.

We're catering a lunch from Wayside, a local Charlottesville staple. We'll have plenty of food for everyone, so come hungry!

Regionals shirts are being custom screen printed on American Apparel t-shirts. We chose American Apparel because they fit well (especially for us young 'uns), they're made in the United States, and are of exceptionally high quality.

Following the conference on Saturday, come join us at Washington Park, right next to the ΘT house, for some sweet sweet field day events. We plan on having 3-on-3 basketball, 4-on-4 football, chapter-vs-chapter kickball, ultimate frisbee, and other things if you guys want. If we get enough people that are interested, we'll even throw down a tournament and we can find out which chapter/colony is the best! Follow this Google Docs link to sign up or express interest. Even if you don't want to be in a tournament, put your name down and we'll see what happens. We'll probably get together and just have some pickup games.
