About VJSPL

The Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law is published three times annually, in the fall, winter, and spring, by students of the University of Virginia School of Law. The Journal provides a forum for examining contending legal, judicial, and political perspectives relating to the interaction of law and social policy. The Journal welcomes the submission of articles, essays, book reviews, and notes that address topics within this range of issues.
