We're celebrating Middle Eastern/North African Heritage Month, featuring one of our most popular menus, Mediterranean Grain Bowls. Taste fresh herbs from our garden and warm spices used to season roasted chickpeas atop ancient grains with a tangy dressing. Menu is vegetarian, vegan option (contains optional sour cream/yogurt); gluten-free adaptable (contains wheat, can sub quinoa). Registration required. Cost: $10 for students, $15 for faculty/staff, or use our Food Security Fund.
